Grok Bot

Grok Bot is xAI's (SpaceXAI's) team of always-on agents, launched in beta on August 11, 2026. You create named Bots with a job, message them like a coworker from the desktop or mobile app, and they work on a persistent cloud computer with a browser, filesystem and terminal. They sign into your apps and websites, use connectors where available and computer use for everything else, keep working while your laptop is closed, coordinate with each other in group chats, learn workflows you demonstrate once and run them as routines. You can also hand a Bot work by tagging @bot in a post on X.

People and teams who want to hand off multi-step work across their real apps (sales outbound, ops, recruiting, bug reproduction, reporting) to agents that keep context over time.

1. 1Check you have an eligible plan: a paid individual Cursor plan, Cursor Teams, or an individual SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus or SuperGrok Heavy subscription.
2. 2Download the Grok Bot app for macOS, Windows or Linux from x.ai/bot (iPhone, iPad and Android apps are also available).
3. 3Sign in with your Cursor account; link your SuperGrok subscription if that is where your access comes from.
4. 4Pick a suggested teammate or create your own Bot with a name, one job and a description of how it should work.
5. 5Give it a first task with a clear outcome, sources, constraints and a review point, and take over its computer to sign in to tools when it asks.
