Muse

Muse is Meta's personal AI agent, launched September 8, 2026. You message it like a person, in the Muse app or in WhatsApp, and it takes action: sorting email, booking reservations and travel, shopping, managing calendars, lowering bills and turning long-term goals into plans it works on in the background. It runs on Muse Secure VM, a dedicated cloud computer with its own browser, and a separate Sentinel agent must approve anything it sends to the internet. It asks before sensitive steps like sending an email or making a purchase and keeps a full audit trail. It is powered by Meta's Muse Spark model.

Everyday consumers, and small businesses via Muse for Small Business, who want an agent to handle errands, inbox, purchases and personal goals without any technical setup.

1. 1Go to muse.ai, or install the Muse app on iPhone, iPad or Android.
2. 2Log in with your Meta account (or create one with Facebook, Instagram, or an email address or phone number).
3. 3Connect the apps you want it to use, such as email, calendar and Instagram, and choose what it may do in each.
4. 4Tell Muse a goal or a task in plain language, then approve actions like sending email or purchases when it asks.
5. 5Upgrade to a paid plan only if you hit the free weekly usage limit.
