what it is
Instinct is a personal AI assistant that learns what you're working on and what matters to you, then takes action across your apps and devices. There's no new interface to learn: you text or call it. It can use a phone and a computer the way a person would, so it can do things like dispute a bill, send birthday gifts, order groceries, book a doctor's appointment or plan a weekend away.

how to start
- 1Go to instinct.co and tap "Text Instinct".
- 2Sign in with your phone number; you'll get a one-time code by text (web sign-in is at app.instinct.com/login).
- 3Optionally connect your Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and more) so it understands your work.
- 4Text or call Instinct with what you need done, and check on the actions it takes.

- You must be 18 or older
- A mobile phone number that can receive texts
- Optional: a Google account to connect Gmail, Calendar and Drive
- Optional: a payment method or logins for services you want it to use on your behalf
